I appreciated the flexibility of the drop-off location. Being able to choose Hamraborg instead of a hotel was very convenient for me, especially since I was staying with a friend. The driver was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to get a permission for the alternate drop-off location. This significantly shortened my journey and I'm very grateful for his assistance.

Had prebooked for a time to allow for flight delays however arrived at airport earlier than anticipated. It was no trouble to just go on the earlier bus which saved us an hour wait at the airport. The only very slight negative was the fact it was a bit disorganised when transferring buses at the depot to go to the hotel. That said would use again and we are for transfer back to the airport after our stay so hopefully it will be as good.
